Your article is mostly wrong: WebRTC is not based on HTTP/2 or WebSocket, but on DTLS-SRTP or SCTP over DTLS. Furthermore, HoL Blocking is not a problem for WebRTC, I suggest you look into WebRTC and WebTransport again.
